Certainly, our complete gold collection, irrespective of whether it is Rose, White or Yellow Gold comes with a BIS Hallmark certification.
3. Does Sparqle.com charge me for shipping my product? If so, How much?
Nominal shipping charges will be collected from you based on your delivery pin code. For Sparqle+ members who reside within India, products will be delivered free of cost. No shipping charges will be collected from them. Kindly check the shipping charges before you checkout to avoid misconceptions.
4. Will I be entitled to pay any amount towards cancelling my orders?
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you have ordered a ready-to-ship product. However, you will incur appropriate cancellation fees if your products are either custom-made or made-to-order.
5. What is the correct procedure to return an item I bought from you, recently?
Kindly get in touch with our representative directly to return the item(s) within 7days of purchase. No charges will be collected from you if you are returning within 7 days from the date of invoice. Please note that you can return products that are bought from the Ready-to-ship category alone.
6. How much will I be charged for returning a product?
You do not have to pay anything for returning a product if it is returned within the first 7 days of purchase (calculated from the date of invoice). However, you will be charged if you are returning the product after 7 days of purchase. Hence, we request you to confirm the charges with our representative before taking the decision to return the same.
