Sparqle’s return policy is simple and hassle-free. You can initiate the return process of the product(s) bought from us within 7 days of purchase (calculated from the date of invoice). Please note that this return policy is applicable only for the ready-to-ship products and is not applicable for engraved, made-to-order or customized products.
You will not have to pay anything for returning a product if the returning process is completed within the first 7 days of purchase but will incur appropriate charges in case if it exceeds the 7 day purchase period. For more information and clarity, please contact our company representative and take an informed decision before doing so.
Once the customer has decided to return our product(s), he/she will have to return back the product(s) to us in the original condition, intact along with all the necessary documents. Upon receiving the same we will initiate the refund process and the amount will be credited within 10 working days (calculated from the day of receipt of the product(s)).
