We at Sparqle adopt a Lifetime Exchange policy that enables you to upgrade or exchange your gold and diamond jewellery, at any point of time with us. We will not question you for doing so. Nevertheless, it would depend on the prevailing Gold, Diamond and Gemstone market rate at the time the exchange occurs, as well as the prevailing company policy, terms and conditions.
Note: If you had availed any discount at the time of actual purchase either on the stone or metal value, a corresponding amount will be subtracted from the exchange value (upto a maximum amount of Rs.10 Lakhs).
